Day 31: One thing I learned today…

Like many of you out there, I receive many newsletters from individuals in which I follow. Chris Kresser does a wonderful job of providing little bits of information relevant to health and wellbeing. So every now and then I will pass something along I find interesting.
Researchers found that those with a positive outlook enjoyed a 35% reduction in cardiovascular events!
Our mind, brain and outlook on life has a huge impact on our health.
This article reviewed 15 studies with over 200,000 participants conducted between 2001 and 2017. The findings suggest that optimism is associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular events and all-cause mortality.
