What? Bacon and Sweet Potatoes?

Day 71: One thing I learned today...

Sweet potatoes and bacon... I’ve been on this earth for 33 years...why have I not tried this combo ?

Today I learned that a mashed sweet potato with some ghee and salt topped with bacon is scrumptious!
