Day 105: One thing I learned today...


A study was released today on Coursea’s The Science of Well-being courses. Data shows taking the course does lead to a higher report of Well-being. The study compared taking an Intro to Psychology course (control) to the Science of Well-being course. Both displayed an increase however those who took the Science of Well-being increased their subjective well-being more.


I really enjoyed the course and highly recommend it! And it’s FREE!
