Sweet Potato Toast

Day 96: One thing I learned today…

Have you tried Sweet Potato Toast? I have actually run across this many times via social media posts. But today I decided to try it out. I learned that nothing can really replace toast!!! But this is not too bad. I tried a few different kinds. The Peanut Butter and Banana was like a dessert to me. Also, it didn’t really fill me up. I love messing around with new food ideas. What have you topped your sweet potatoes with?

Also, as a side note, I recently saw sweet potato slices in the frozen section of the grocery store.
