Day 136: One thing I learned today...

I admit it, I love kitchen gadgets. Moving into an apartment, I discovered how much I missed grilling! It’s a super easy way to meal prep. On Sundays I used to grill up 4-5 different proteins and easily make meals/salads for several days.

Today, I leaned I can still grill... kinda... indoors! I added a new appliance to my collection. An indoor grill - Ninja XL. It’s a monster but tested it out today. Includes a meat thermometer and many other functions. Luckily my husband really good at organizing and always finds space for my new toys!
