I am currently enrolled in courses through Primal Health Coach Institute. During today’s lecture, it was noted that listening to music moderates the stress hormones cortisol and epinephrine, lowers blood pressure and heart rate, and elevates growth hormone levels. It's also proven to enhance language processing, verbal memory, and emotion.
I admit that I do not listen to music enough. What is the role of music in your life?
