I am capable

Day 129: One thing I learned today...


Today was the first time I’ve been able to share my yoga practice with others IN person. I instructed a 75 minute practice which included asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath work), and meditation. I want to thank those who allowed me to practice with them and all the feedback provided.


I have come to learn that I am capable of achieving what I set my mind to. My spiritual journey continues to grow and develop. I am grateful!
