Do you think there should be weekly guidelines for nature exposure similar to those for

physical activity?
Green exercise is activity in the presence of nature.
A meta-analysis study looked at findings from across over 1200 participants. It reported that even as little as 5 minutes spent doing “green exercise” per day led to health benefits.
Another study reported spending 120 minutes per week is good for your health. The study stated it did not matter the breakdown of time (several smaller durations vs a few larger durations). This could be as little as 17 minutes per day.
Maybe you are not engaging in “green exercise” but you can still benefit from time in nature. How much time do you spend in nature?
