GF Banana Bread Muffins

Day 151: One thing I learned today…


Found a new recipe! GF Banana Bread Muffins with peanut butter and chocolate chips.


2 bananas

2 eggs

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 t baking powder (GF)

Choc chips


Mix first 4 ingredients in a blender and then mix in chocolate chips. I love Lily’s chocolate chips sweetened with stevia. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
