Day 172: One thing I learned today...

You know when you are about to putt the ball in golf. The shot is all lined up, short and easy. Then you putt and *#%*! There is a term for this.

“The yips” or “Golf yips” is a phrase which means a sudden and unexplained loss of skills. Yips do not just happen to golfers but other athletes as well.

The yips happen to golfers when they psych themselves out…

I guess players do not bring this up :)

Once you’ve had them, you’ve got them.
